We set about our brief immediately and worked intensively on the project, to the extent that within 4 weeks we had completed all the internal and external images and walkthroughs. Our work was then handed over to the graphic design team for the production of a brochure.
Soon, a launch event was organised for prospective investors and real estate professionals, followed next day by the placing on the market of the first phase of the project. This resulted in the immediate sale of 75 % of the apartments.
