This is a huge self-contained development with a footprint of 18 500 square metres strategically located at St Julian’s. It offers all the amenities of a metropolitan centre within defined precincts, with the comfort and security which this brings with it.
The large selection of residential property ranges from studio apartments right through to plots for detached villas with swimming pools, accessed in the latter case via a private road.
There are gardens and a large piazza, a health and fitness centre, and a pool area, together with a multi-storey car park. Following an intensive selection process, we were appointed to prepare :
- Architectural renderings
- A video production
- A 3D fly-through animation
We set about our brief immediately and worked intensively on the project, to the extent that within 4 weeks we had completed all the internal and external images and walkthroughs. Our work was then handed over to the graphic design team for the production of a brochure.
Soon, a launch event was organised for prospective investors and real estate professionals, followed next day by the placing on the market of the first phase of the project. This resulted in the immediate sale of 75 % of the apartments.
