Metropolis Plaza will also offer the facilities of a commercial and retail segment cleverly planned and designed to enhance the aesthetic value of the area and respecting the privacy and security of the residents. Every apartment shall be designed around the personality of its residents, each of whom shall be invited to choose from a selection of concepts and moods specifically created for M Towers by Dordoni Architetti (DA), an internationally renowned architectural and design firm with its headquarters located in the centre of Milan, Italy.

Exalta was entrusted with the important task of presenting the outdoor spaces, location, and views - overall visualisations with an emphasis on highlighting the key areas and noteworthy features of this massive undertaking. We provided them with still 3D images created expressly for those purposes. Renderings and texturing were shown to illustrate massing and the building proportions within its environs.

The 3D model was placed with absolute precision on the actual contours which had been surveyed by the architects. It was aligned with photographs for total accuracy, using shots from various viewpoints.
